Getting to Womencare by car or public transportation (Some workshops are held at Northwestern University)

Registering

Space is limited in most of our workshops, and pre-registration is highly recommended. There are four ways to register:

• Click Here to register online. Once you have completed the online registration form you will be directed to the Payment Page. You can also return to this page and click here to make your payment.

• Call us at 847-475-7003, ext. 2, and provide us with your name, mailing address, phone number and payment information.

• E-mail us at register@womencarecounseling.com and provide us with your name, mailing address, phone number and payment information.

• Mail a completed registration form with a check or credit card information to: Womencare Counseling Center, 1740 Ridge Avenue, Suite 201, Evanston, IL 60201, Attn: Registration.

We will send a receipt and confirmation information by USPS mail for workshop registrations within 5 days of receiving payment. Confirmation letters for workshops will only be sent via email for registrations received less than 1 week prior to the event.

Payment

Womencare accepts personal and business checks, MasterCard, Visa, cash and purchase orders from government institutions. Please make checks payable to Womencare Counseling Center.

Continuing Education Units

Womencare Counseling Center is approved by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation to provide CEUs to Social Workers (LSW/LCSW), Professional Counselors (LPC/LCPC) and Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT).

Location

Womencare Counseling is located at 1740 Ridge Avenue in Evanston between Church Street and Emerson Avenue, directly in front of the Green Bay Road/Ridge Avenue merge. There is only one way to gain access to our parking lot, and this from southbound Green Bay Road. As you travel south, the entrance to our parking lot is on the right just where Ridge and Green Bay Road merge. Click here for detailed information.

Parking

• Womencare Counseling Center – Free Parking is available in the attached lot.

• Northwestern University – We recommend buying an on-campus permit ($6.00, purchased ahead of time at our office). This is the closest and most convenient option, but please note that buying a permit does not guarantee the availability of a parking space. Alternately, you can also park in the public parking garage at Church and Chicago Avenue.

• Oakton Community College – Parking is free and there are several lots available. Parking lot D is the closest to the workshop entrance.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations and requests for refunds must be received at least one week prior to each event and are subject to an administrative charge of $30.00. No refunds will be made less than one week prior to an event.

Partial Scholarships

A limited number of partial scholarships are available. To request a partial scholarship, please contact Emily Rose at 847-475-7003, ext. 123.
